HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I MAKE A PURCHASING DECISION?

Purchase decision should be made based on your requirements list, not simply based on how many home you have viewed. you can pull the trigger once you see the home met 70% of your most important requirements on the list. Buying a home is more like speed dating. only very limited time for you to know the traits, but you will spend lots of time together once committed. Don't expect 100% match for the first time. Some traits you wants from a home can not be changed, such as location, floor level, size, facing directions, home age. These are the focus traits. try your best to meet these expectation within your budget. features like decorations, renovations, some not perfect room shapes, not ideal management firms, are some tolerable features. don't drop off a deal for these defects.

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

Most of the times brokers only get commissions from sellers. No buyers should be obligated to pay any fee or commission to any brokers, unless buyers agreed to pay brokers a separate commission or fee based on additional or extended service. Buyers' brokers naturally owe fiduciary to  their buyers with pay or no pay from buyers.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE ME A SUCCESSFUL SALE?

A guaranteed sale can be granted upon requested by seller. In order to achieve highest sale price for seller, in default contract, we don't guarantee the successful sale. But the guaranteed sale can be put into exclusive sale agreement when seller request it.
